State Camps/Conferences
Indiana FFA offers several opportunities for members to develop leadership skills through camps and conferences such as Summer Challenge, Made for Excellence and the Leadership Development Workshop. Below is complete list of camps, workshops and conferences, and information about how you can participate.
Indiana FFA Leadership Conferences:
Summer Challenge - A summer retreat for all ages.
PLT - Premier Leadership Training - Retreat for all District Officers & Advisors, Section Directors, State Band & Chorus Officers, and State Officers.
SOAR - Seeking Opportunities and Achieving Results - Leadership workshop developed for 7th - 10th graders. This conference is developed for first year members to introduce them to the opportunities FFA offers.
FIRE - Foundations in Reaching Excellence - Conference designed for Juniors and Seniors in high school. During this conference, members are given the tools to experience personal growth.
LDW - Leadership Development Workshop - Leadership retreat for Chapter Officers.
MFE - Made For Excellence - Leadership Conference for all ages.
Jr. High FFA Day - A one day workshop developed for Junior High students.
Core Competencies - A continual plan of the skills that students will learn by attending each camp at the various levels of growth and develop.
