Officer Request
FFA members throughout the state of Indiana can request the presence of a State Officer, or group of State Officers, at an event or function. To do so, simply fill out the request form online or download it to fill it out and mail it in. The form details the event, the officer requested (if there is a preference) and the type of involvement expected of the officer or officers. Following the event, we ask that an evaluation form is submitted to help Indiana FFA and our State Officers continue to grow and develop.
