Chaudion started as Executive Director in 2011. Prior to joining the Indiana FFA Foundation staff she was the Agribusiness/Agriscience Specialist for the Division of College and Career Preparation at the Indiana Department of Education, where her responsibilities were to work with Agricultural Education teachers from across the state to develop a comprehensive agricultural education programs which included FFA Chapters.
In her tenure with the Department of Education, Lisa also worked 16 years with the Indiana Young Farmers’ Association as their Executive Director. Lisa enjoys the opportunity to work with young people that share similar interest, work ethics, leadership skills and the desire to explore careers in agriculture. FFA and Agriculture Education has made a positive impact in her life, therefore this is a time for Lisa give back to the FFA what it has so richly shared within her life and the lives of so many others she has been in contact with over her career.
Lisa is involved with the following organizations: Lifeway Baptist Church, National Association of Supervisors of Agricultural Education (NASAE), National Association of Agricultural Educators (NAAE) and Indiana Association of Agricultural Educators (IAAE), Indiana Association for Career and Technical Education, Indiana Young Farmers’ Association, National Young Farmers Educational Association, Indiana Rural Safety and Health Council, Indiana Farm Bureau, Vincennes University Agriculture Advisory Board and Indiana Soybean Growers and helps with activities at Edgewood Primary and Intermediate Schools. She resides in rural Monroe County with her husband David and their two sons Justin and Landen.
