Funding Overview:
As the Indiana FFA embarks on its 83rd year of service, our aspirations could not be brighter! Our goal for the years to come is to continue to provide meaningful opportunities for thousands of young people. In order to provide these opportunities we need assistance from people and organizations that have a passion for the agricultural community. Providing the necessary funding is a critical component to successful programs. The Indiana FFA is very dependent on the contributions from generous individuals and corporations to ensure quality programs for members. The Indiana FFA Foundation funds over half of the organization with donations from avid supporters of the agricultural community, which directly influences the development of today’s youth.
We are constantly seeking new partners to not only maintain our programs, but to make the current programs even better. Currently, 71% of the money raised by Indiana FFA Foundation is directly invested into FFA programs to impact members. We believe in the mission and vision of the Indiana FFA Foundation that’s why only 15% of the general budget is used to support administration, which is well below the national non-profit standard of 22% for administration.
